Terms & Conditions

Product Purchases & Returns:
 
  • Product(s) purchased from the One Drop™ E-commerce Platform may only be returned if unopened and if returned with the originally stamped invoice, supplied with every order.
  • All associated shipping costs for One Drop™ products, including purchases and returns are for the customers account.
  • In the case of a product defect or an incorrectly supplied order, One Drop™ will provide, at no cost to the customer (Agent), the collection of the defect or incorrectly delivered order as well as the shipping cost of the corrected order.
  • All defect product returns must be accompanied with an originally signed letter stating the reason for the return as well as the originally stamped invoice, supplied with every order.

 

Payment Methods:
 
  • The One Drop™ E-commerce platform supports the following payment methods:
    • Credit Card (Processed via "Payfast" - Credit Card information is not stored on our system)
    • Cheque Card (Processed via "Payfast" - Cheque Card information is not stored on our system)
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Proof of payment to be E-mail to: support@onedrop.co.za 
    • Cash Deposit - Proof of payment to be E-mail to: support@onedrop.co.za 
    • Please note One Drop™ does not accept cheque payments.

 

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wet Wipes (Pty) Ltd. via Payfast (Pty) Ltd. (“Payfast”).
