Terms & Conditions
Product Purchases & Returns:
- Product(s) purchased from the One Drop™ E-commerce Platform may only be returned if unopened and if returned with the originally stamped invoice, supplied with every order.
- All associated shipping costs for One Drop™ products, including purchases and returns are for the customers account.
- In the case of a product defect or an incorrectly supplied order, One Drop™ will provide, at no cost to the customer (Agent), the collection of the defect or incorrectly delivered order as well as the shipping cost of the corrected order.
- All defect product returns must be accompanied with an originally signed letter stating the reason for the return as well as the originally stamped invoice, supplied with every order.
- The One Drop™ E-commerce platform supports the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Processed via "Payfast" - Credit Card information is not stored on our system)
- Cheque Card (Processed via "Payfast" - Cheque Card information is not stored on our system)
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Proof of payment to be E-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cash Deposit - Proof of payment to be E-mail to: email@example.com
- Please note One Drop™ does not accept cheque payments.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wet Wipes (Pty) Ltd. via Payfast (Pty) Ltd. (“Payfast”).
